What time is check-in?

Check-in should be arranged at least one day ahead: usually in the morning until 10:30 a.m. or in the afternoon between 3:00 and 7:30 p.m. Running late? Call us on +39 338 2253681.

What time is breakfast served?

A sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is fixed at 10:30 a.m. By arrangement, luggage can be left with us until the afternoon.

Is parking available?

One parking space for a small/medium car is available; alternatively we provide a free parking pass for the surrounding streets.

How far is the B&B from the Arena di Verona?

The Arena is about a 15-20 minute walk along the river Adige, or a short bus ride from our street.

How do I reach the Fiera di Verona?

The same buses that stop outside the B&B, in the opposite direction from the centre, run directly to the Fiera di Verona.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, all three rooms have air conditioning and soundproofed windows.

Is the bathroom private in every room?

Two rooms have an ensuite private bathroom; the third room has a large private bathroom located just outside the room.

Can I smoke inside?

No, the whole house is non-smoking, out of respect for all our guests.

How do I pay for my stay?

The city tax and any balance due are to be settled in cash on arrival.

How do I reach the B&B from the airport?

Verona's Valerio Catullo Airport is connected by a shuttle bus leaving every 20 minutes from Porta Nuova railway station, a short ride from the B&B.

Is the B&B suitable if I have a relative in hospital?

Yes, we are a short walk from the Ospedale Civile Maggiore in Borgo Trento and we always try to be flexible with check-in times in these situations.
