L'orario di check-in deve essere comunicato con almeno un giorno di anticipo ed è comunque stabilito tra le ore 15:30 del pomeriggio e le ore 20:30 della sera. Orari d'arrivo che non rientrano nei termini qui sopra indicati dovranno essere concordati e confermati telefonicamente o per e-mail. In caso di ritardi sarà vostra cura informarci per tempo (+39 338 2253681), o dovrete attendere il nostro rientro a casa per poter accedere alla Vostra camera. Su Vostra richiesta, se arrivate la sera/notte all'aeroporto "Valerio Catullo", possiamo venire a prendervi.

La colazione viene preparata e servita tra le ore 8:15 e le ore 9:30, dopo tale termine potremmo non essere presenti poiché entrambi lavoriamo, ma troverete il necessario in tavola, Vi invitiamo comunque, a cercare di rispettare tali orari.

L’orario di partenza viene fissato alle ore 10:45 per permettere la pulizia della camera, del bagno e la consegna delle chiavi ad eventuali nuovi ospiti. Previo accordi, sarà possibile lasciare le valige in una stanza apposita, fino alle ore 18:00). Resta comunque inteso che non siamo responsabili di quanto lasciato in giacenza.

·        Ricordiamo ai nostri ospiti che in tutta la casa non è possibile fumare.

·        All’interno dell’abitazione è consigliabile l’uso di pantofole; nel caso ne foste sprovvisti Vi invitiamo ad usare quelle da noi messe a disposizione in ogni camera.

·        L’importo dovuto relativo al soggiorno va saldato al Vostro arrivo.

Check-in time must be arranged at least one day prior to your arrival date in the late afternoon/evening between 15:30 and 20:30. Any other check-in time must be confirmed with us in advance by phone or by e-mail. Should your arrival be delayed for whatever reason, it would be best to contact us as soon as possible (+39 338 2253681), otherwise you may have to wait for our return from our respective places of work in order to obtain the keys to your room. For arrivals at "Valerio Catullo" airport in the night, we can pick you up on request.

Breakfast is served between 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., after wich, all the fixings will be available on the kitchen table should you miss the breakfast. Please, if possible, take your breakfast before 10:30 a.m., so we'll have enough time to clean and wash.

Check-out is usually fixed at 10:45 a.m., so that we have the time to turn down the beds, clean and rearrange  room and bathroom for our next guest. If needed, you can leave your bags in a designated room until 06:00 p.m. This room remains open at all times, so you leave the bags there under your personal responsibility.  Take care of your goods.

·        We are a “non smokers” house, please don’t smoke inside.

·        While in the house is better if you use slippers. If you don’t have your owns, please use the slippers you'll find in the room, they are cleaned at every change of guest.

·        The fixed amount for your stay, has to be settled in advance at your arrival.
